Uno dei KPI che ogni MSP dovrebbe monitorare è innanzitutto il proprio tasso di masterizzazione MSP, ossia l’importo delle entrate ricorrenti necessarie per coprire tutte le spese operative e le spese generali per un determinato periodo (solitamente un mese). L’obiettivo in questo caso è quello di raggiungere un Burn Rate pari a 1 come dicevamo in questo articolo.
Oltre a ciò però gli MSP dovrebbero monitorare altri 4 punti chiave, di cui parleremo di seguito:
1. Crescita dei ricavi
2. Dimensione del contratto
3. Costo di acquisizione dei clienti
4. Valore della vita del cliente
